MITgcm Model Compile and Run

Compilation and model execution (MITgcm) phase of the AquaINFRA marine modeling chain. The MITgcm code runs a simulation for the user-designed configuration over the selected time period. Inputs are initial and boundary condition files and atmospheric forcing files (output from the Preprocessing phase), bathymetry, configured namelists, and, if selected, RBCS files. Outputs are 3D time series of sea temperature, salinity, currents, and sea surface height.
