Get EUBUCCO building footprints for catchment
Fetches building footprint data from the EUBUCCO v0.2 dataset (https://eubucco.com) for all NUTS2 regions overlapping a given catchment, combines and deduplicates results, and returns them as a single spatial object with attributes including construction year, type, height, and floors (R function 'get_eubucco_buildings')
