Get spatial analysis extent
Calculates the overall spatial analysis extent as the union of LAU (Local Administrative Unit) polygons selected within the catchment for the focus year. If no focus-year LAU polygons are found, the union of the reference-year LAU polygons is used instead (R script 'get_analysis_extent.R')
